 "Kayak Kevin" Whitley Minimize

This time of year Drum both Black and Red are returning to the bay. Our May 15th speaker, Kevin Whitley, alias”Kayak Kevin” has already been catching Reds. His largest so far this year weight in at 48 lbs. As he says he is a guy that fishes from a plastic boat and everyone is not geared for that.  Kevin has an addiction to fishing and he feeds it at the rate of about 800 hours per year. He started the third week of April this year searching for Reds.  When  asked why he started at that time he said all the notes in his fishing logs said it was time for them to be here. He believes in keeping his log on each fishing trip for future reference and this is how he knows his number on hours on the water. Kevin is a very accomplished angler and is a great believer in catch and release.  The presentation should be fantastic, even if it isn't about fly fishing.   Visit his website - http://kayakkevin.com
