Hi! It's never too early to plan for next year and we will have the house at Harkers Island for three weeks again next year. I've added a day at the beginning and a day at the end so we will have 4 full weekends next year instead of 2 full weekends and 2 half weekends as we have had in the past. We can check into the house Fri, Oct 29, 2010, and we have to check out of the house Sun morning, Nov, 21, 2010. Things will be the same, $25 per person per nite plus a share of food costs and boat costs if you go out with one of the guys in their boat. You can stay as many days as you want to fit your schedule. Prioity will be given to club members and those who have stayed at the house in the past. After June, 2010, I will open up the house to anyone to try to fill up the house. For those of you with boats, the house has launch privileges at the boat ramp at the end of Pintail Lane and for those of you who want to leave your boat in the water, there are slips available at Calico Jacks and Cape Point Marina. This year (2009) was the best we have ever had for False Albacore and next year could be just as good. At any rate, you may want to get your request in early as there probably will be a lot more folks interested in going down after the great year we just had. The house sleeps 7 comfortably with everyone having their own bed. If you want to reserve a spot at the house, just post a reply to this message or send me an email at mike4519@verizon.net.
