Derek,  I have caught baby cobia like your in the Lynnhaven and what I recall is that the years they were in there were also good for other species.  The deck on the boat looks good with fish gunk on it. Brings back memories.  The first baby cobia I ever caught had me confused. I thought it was a baby killer whale!

Derek,  Not a dig on your boat being dirty!! I meant "fish gunk" as a  good thing and it is a sign of having fun.   Fish on my friend!
