Stopped in a the shop today and met Mark. My stay was cut short by a family anxious to get home, so much for father's day. They've got plenty of stuff to make a stop worthwhile, especially if you're on the southside. The bucktails are good quality - soft, straight and moderately long. There are some nice greens ones too, for anyone getting ready to tie some Lynnhaven-speck fies. Plenty of very nice yellow ones as well. Frankly, I would've spent more time (and money) sifting through them if everyone wasn't so anxious to get home. Popper heads, hackle, squirl tails, eyes, thread and a handful of tools. 50% off!

We had lunch a Crab Creek Pizza (Jimmy's). Ann is keeping plenty busy there, and she looks happy. She said the Fly Shop did well yesterday - some new anglers came through, I guess.
